Missing in Action/AWOL Packages

Have to agree about Hermes. A neighbour handed me a rain-sodden parcel yesterday that had been unceremoniously tossed into his basement. Luckily, it was wrapped in plastic, and its contents weren't fragile.

Ordered some Rainbow blades from a chap on the bay.
Got told it was delivered.
Got home: no parcel.
Went to neighbours: still nothing.
Now you try ringing someone in customer service at the GPfeckinO!!!
Not a chance.
You then get caught up in their cyclical loop of insanity until you give up.
my parcel then arrived the next day and the delivery date had been updated as if this had never happened.
Jaysus!!! I’ll take Hermes over the GPO any day
