Merkur 34c to Parker Variant or GC 84

I thought I'd update the thread. Having considered the very useful suggestions by everyone I decided to go with a Pearl Flexi and a Rockwell 6C. I found great price on them so I thought I may as well give both a go.

Between the 2 alternatives (which I have had both), I can only advise the GC 0.84 (which I still have as my only DE razor). Very smooth and effective shaves! I have also had the Karve (which I saw mentioned as well), but I would still advise the RR GC!
