For anyone who may be interested in the science behind taking magic mushrooms to help with depression should watch "Magic Medicine" available to watch on Netflix now, it's a real eye opener and it will answer many questions as to why it seems to work for some people.

I've had a sinus infection for the last few weeks, and I've been doing a few acupressure exercises and they definitely did some good.

Some ups, some downs but nothing out of the ordinary, the good weather did help some though, it's a real tonic when the sun is shining

They get torrential rain storms near the equator. I lived in West Africa for a year.
