Do you have regular prostate exams, both physical and PSA? I had a radical prostatectomy in June 2020. Fortunately it was done robotically (Da Vinci) and laparoscopically make it much less invasive. Prior to the surgery I was monitored by my urologist for several years, which consisted of yearly PSA tests and physical exams; also, he prescribed dutasteride to shrink the prostate. Towards the end I had a couple of biopsies.
