Has anyone tried the new Martin de Candre Shaving Soap in wooden bowl? Quite pricey at £60 but should last around 6 - 8 months daily use. it l View attachment 43152
It is the exactly same soap & formula than the rest of Martin de Candre range. You pay only for the bowl & size as there are cheaper versions with less amount or other bowl type.

I really like the MdC Original. It must be one of the easiest soaps to whip up, takes on a lot of water to give a very slick lather and lasts for ages. I prefer its scent to the Fougere. I wouldn't pay extra for the wooden bowl, though.
