How will a Merkur 37c shave with an Astra Superior Platinum blade?

Smooth and plain-sailing, I would imagine.

Some people rate them as medium sharp compared to others. I really like them them (as do lots of people) because they are a great balance between sharp / smooth. I haven't tried the new Astra SP made in India, but i understand they are just a fraction sharper, but a fraction less smooth

They work well in many razors and i have used them in a WS black plastic classic

I just shaved with a Wilkinson Sword Classic and an Astra Superior Platinum blade. Got irritation after the third against the grain pass.

I'd say the the blue Astra Super Stainless is sharper and to me, much less rough as well.
