Leaving feedback

Do I need to be an active member to leave buyer feedback. I want to leave positive feedback for two sellers but I can't see the option. I have followed the instructions in the feedback thread.

If you can get into BST, then you're active enough. I think you will find that you can leave feedback for one of the transactions by following the instructions but not the other. This seems to be a known issue and no sign of a resolution as yet.
