Well done, now the snow has finally melted and the temperatures are in the positive I am hoping to be able to get off the treadmill and back on the road too. It might be worth getting some ideas for another challenge if anyone is up for it.
That's fantastic Chris. I remember when the TSR LEJOG thing started and everyone was putting their names down. I've got 3 bicycles all neglected, I used to cycle everywhere but no time, energy or confidence for it at the moment so fair play to you, it's really got you going.
Kudos to you fella, quite a commitment and effortAlthough well finished, I continue to ride and extend the challenge. Because you can. To update I have just gone through 6000Km and very happy. And still on the Frodo challenge at the same time

I have somehow managed to break 5000Km in less than a year. 10 months and 24 days to be more exact. I am absolutely made up. And it all started here with the 1000Km challenge. Does it stop at this point? I doubt it and will just simply carry on, unless someone can dream up a new challenge.
I have a 50 mule charity run in July and hopefully the Trans Pennine (215 miles) around August
Crosby Beach where I started and my weapon of choice, my rare and bike with a history, the Paganini Campagnolo Special from C1985. Ex Team bike for Plum cycles of Ghent.
