IP zone blocking?

Is there a reason I cannot access the website from Ukraine? Having to use proxies is not entirely convenient.

Nothing intentional... However that doesn't mean our hosts haven't dynamically blocked based on suspicious activity... I know this because I've been blocked for this myself

Download the Tor package. Gets you past many obstacles. The net will seem slow, though, as it bounces the connection all round the place, while keeping stuff secure. If you can handle Linux, download TAILS and follow the instructions. That's the distro, which the Snowden bloke uses. The NSA bloke who took the lid off the box of secrets.
