I'm new here. So I thought I'd say something!
Just started DE safety razor shaving, having used cartridges for years.
Bought a Parker 99R and a Rockwell 6C. Badger brush x 2, and bowl. Proraso pre-shave and shaving cream. LEA shaving cream. Stirling Triumph and Goodfellas Sea Citrus shaving soap on order. A tube of l'Occitane cava after-shave lotion I had lying around.
Enjoying the ritual and the learning curve. I am sure I will stop nicking myself soon! I find myself managing better with the Parker than the Rockwell (plate 4), where the right angle is harder to find and the first pass is not as effective. But the Parker is quite aggressive!
