Hi,

Never used the site before but I've ordered a razor stand from Yaqi.

Got this email today:

The link takes me here:

I can't see anywhere to indicate where my messages are.

It also seems to suggest the price is in dispute, but I don't see how. I just hit pay.

Any ideas from any regular buyers from there?

In a browser, it's Account > Message Center

Maybe if you click into the ordered item you'll see the messages?
Oddly, if I click into a message in my Message Center in a browser, it says "Unknown message type, please check it on App".

From memory, I think I was able to see the messages in the email notification and they were generally just courtesy/automated messages telling of a status change ... like "found/packed/shipped/arrived in destination country".
 
Messages are normally at the top right of the screen on certain pages. Don't worry - you'll always get a message from every seller after a purchase. It's an order acknowledgement message.

Hopefully nothing I need to worry about. But, I still can't see any way to access them. Can you see the link I need on the screenshot I've posted?
