Help identifying my granddads razor? lots of pics

After I started DE shaving last year, i asked my dad if he still had my granddads old razor, and this weekend after moving house he has found it.

I'm still quite new to DE shaving only having a merkur barber pole and diff soaps etc, so was wondering what this is.

It's in not bad condition considering its been sat around for about 30 years, the adjustable screw is a little stuck but I don't want to mess about with it until i know what im doing.
I'd like to clean it up and source new blades i think, and try it out, But i've never seen these blades before, it has one used blade still inserted, and one new arapped up one.

Has anyone any info?

thanks,it does indeed look like an empire model from googling it now i have a name, looks like you can't get the blades any more but can strop the ones i have.
 
It looks like a rolls razor..those had the blade stropper on the back which was a convenient feature buy added sOme weight..I don't believe Rolls Safety Razors are made..you could try with a DE or SE blade and see of they can be modified or look on google for help

More akin to a valet autostrop the a Rolls razor methinks.

If you do sort out the blades Neil makes replacement strops for the Valet which may well work with this:

Are the blades wedges like the Rolls or more like se blades? could they be honed up like new?
