Help - 3 piece razor missing a piece!

I got this in a bundle from my father out law:

I've seen these before (I'm presuming it's a Gillette) and there is normally a tube shaped piece that slots into the handle and screws into the head.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these tubes, or even if it's possible?

If it is a gillette it will say so under the head no idea how you would get the other part than to get it off a trashed one, also if its a gillette will be silver plated.

I don't think it looks like a Gillette. The blade posts look a bit too pointy to me.
