Hi wet shaving community,
My name is Wim, 47, from Bruges (Belgium). I have been wet shaving in the past with a Merkur 47c I never got along with. Anyway I grew a beard so not much to shave. My other hobby is knife sharpening and knife making. I wanted to try honing an open razor, started reading on this and other fora and a whole new world opened to me. I had no idea! I got myself a Henson razor and enjoyed the shave. The reason I registered here is because I saw a Blackbird Ti on bst, a razor I really wanted to try. I believe this is the biggest European shaving forum, so I hope you guys can grant shaving asylum to this EU citizen. Oh and by the way if a mod can help me with the username… I intended to type PineWood (that’s the name on our house and also my username on KKF), but because of my excitement to get the Blackbird I made an account on my phone with my thick fingers, now I’m stuck with a silly username
