B&M should rebrand it as Scottish Kryptonite for the UK market with £108 MSRP.
If you find any post offensive, use the ignore button for that respective poster.
Right , hang on a sec...
At the risk of sounding like Donald Trump, there's winners and losers in every deal. Im going to borrow a current BST post to make a point.
There's an Asylum Evolution in brass for sale atm - was posted at £150 originally . They are for sale on other websites, brand new, for $215 dollars, or £160. Assuming the seller got it at a point where the pound was strong or they had a few quid off, hes probably asking for all of his money back in that sale.
For me, as a buyer, once i realised this I would probably feel ripped off if I bought it at £150. I would probably, as a buyer, offer about £120, and the seller may very well feel that is insulting. We would disagree over price by PM and part ways.
Someone else may think that they want one SO much, any less than market value is a decent deal. They buy it.
Third option is someone who has no knowledge of the razor believes this to be a good deal, buys it and regrets it. The seller has taken advantage of their naivety.
How many people have posted on that thread that the price is too high? None. Its his choice how much it is on sale for - it is my choice not to buy it.
For me, it is about following rules. You cant post about price and show people where to get an item cheaper in someone else's sale thread - its always been that way since i joined.
How much?Yea but more than 4 times the cost price, that's taking the piss. I have a bridge for sale. Are you interested
No thanks. Bit rich for me.£400 per inch. Its a good Quality stone bridge made with stones and stuff. or stuffy stones. beer may have been involved.
Im almost on your side - I wouldn't buy it. But I don't need to say that. It's actually x7 the original price. YUGE profit.
