Godrej good?

I've previously bought some (as part of a 3 tube deal - Godrej, Nivea & Old Spice (Lime)) on ebay from India. 10 days door to door. Very decent price. Very good supplier.

I was desperate to like Godrej but I found it merely worked ok and smelled ok. What I mean is that I thought it would be fantastic but I was distinctly underwhelmed. I'll revisit it on Friday and see if I have changed my view.

However the Old Spice Lime from India? Now we're cooking - that's excellent and I'm sorely tempted to order 3 tubes of Old Spice original.

Have yet to try the Nivea.

Hope this has helped...

Thanks David. I actually went on to Connaught for the original Old Spice cream, but none in stock. Saw the Old Spice Lime and the Palmolive Lemon (both from India, I think), and both seem to get the thumbs-up from reviewers. Hmmm...could be tempted. After all, they're pretty cheap...and tubes are easier to hide...and you never-know-til-you've-tried and all that...

No, but I can seriously recommend the Cella Classica cologne.

As soon as the sunny weather comes I'll be on that like a shot - lemony and bright, great sillage and longevity.

I *am* the Cella Fella.

Ah, yes, Paul at Connaught. (The same Paul a on this thread.)

A great idea and brilliant service.

Godrej s a good cream that contains Lanolin. It is a hot seller here in the USA and comes in three variants. I think most would be pleased with it.
