Glue above the base

My new trafalgar T3 arrived today via ExecutiveShaving on Amazon.

It’s a great brush. Lathers well and nice and soft.

I noticed a wee bit of glue on a few of the hair strands just above the line of the handle. Do you think I should snip them off or leave them be?

I’m tending towards just leaving it - since I can’t see the glued bits ever actually touching my face anyhow.

You can see the bit I’m talking about above and slightly to the left of the water droplet on the handle.

Congratulations on the brush. I would leave them as they are, they don't affect lathering and the glue will likely slip off at some point

Leave it, or run a comb over it a couple of times.

Return it. It shouldn’t be like that nor should any new goods. Get it exchanged for another. Whether it affects the shave or not isn’t the point, it’s clearly faulty.
