Does anyone in TSR land own, or used the Tech TTO? Think it is called "The Ranger" ?

I've not seen one come up for sale on ebay, yet seen them used on Youtube. Beginning to wonder if it's a phantom

The only Tech I have is a little UK made thing that I bought old new stock on ebay. It’s light and only about 6 inches long.

Yeah was listed as a Tech and has a similar head but probably is not one. I’ll get a photo tomorrow!
