Gillette Platinum Blade (Swede)

Produced in different plants at different times (the "Swede" refers to a distribution address on the back of the pack, although never produced there apparently). Swedes aren't in production but I believe the 7 o'clock Super Platinums are still produced. If they are anything like the black 7 o'clock Super Platinum made in India then they are excellent blades. The Swedes were excellent.

what these ones ( I take it you mean these ones in that case these are also no longer produced and probably came out same factory as the swedes)
neither are russian I dont think

or these ones

Anecdotal evidence suggests these

are similar in feel and longevity to these

but these are not as good

The Russian Vs Indian branded 7 O'clocks take subjectivity to a whole new level with some people daring to suggest they are better than Derby blades.

It must be just terrible over there with such decisions to make. Here in the US if your lucky there's just one Store Brand to pick from. And you have to do that quickly as there's usually less that 5 packs on the shelve. Thank goodness we don't have to think for ourselves any longer!! Once eBay and Amazon are band we won't even be tempted!
Starting to think Grand pa made a mistake back there in the 1890's.

Might just be that it's -16(feels like -12) outside right now! I hate the cold!
