They are made in India and sold only in India. If the guy who sold it to me is importing the razor and cartridges from India. Then selling a razor with a cartridge and a pack of 6 spares post free for £3.95, and making a profit. How much does the average Indian man pay for them over there?
Is this Gillette's effort at getting the Indian subcontinent which is one of the largest remaining markets for DE razors and blades using cartridge razors. If that happens I'm not sure how long our supply of cheap DE blades will last.
