I watched this show in the 70's and nearly passed out on the floor from laughing so hard!! I watched the episodes again on Youtube recently and these were IMO some of the funniest scenes:

Mrs Richards. That is a good scene. In the spoon salesman episode when Basil rubs the spoon on Manuel's head and runs it down his face before clocking him on head, you can hear it clack on his teeth. Some real pain in those slapstick scenes.

I also like the Psychiatrist episode. "How many times do you manage it?"
