For your viewing pleasure I have an "Executive" or Gold plated FATBOY in near mint condition, date code E1 (1st quarter of 1959), you will not find a cleaner example. It has received some re-plating on the silo doors and end caps that is indistinguishable from the rest of the plating on the razor. The doors open and shut smoothly and the adjustment dial has a reassuringly firm click. To be honest I am a user rather than a gazer and this would sit well in anybody's collection plus I have developed a Penhaligon's habit that need's support.
A superbly engineered razor with nice heft for an effortless shave, will last you and your offspring at least another 50 years.
