I've just found an old single blade razor, can anyone give me any info on it?

It's called a Kozak no 3. Made in Sheffield hollow blade, and ground Germany?

It has a white handle maybe bone of some kind, and it needs a very good clean of the blade. So if you can suggest what to use and the best way to sharpen it maybe?

I think this is a straight so if you post in the straight razor forum someone there should help you. Depending on its condition you might be best sending it off to be honed or restored.
 
it will be really difficult to tell without a pic.

you can tell the rough age by the pictures because the length of the tang for instance changed over time and the shape as well
 
I found the same one on E-bay selling for around a £5. So on antique roadshow sadly! However it's still a nice little item I will keep.
