First straight shave.

Chimensch could probably shave in the dark: he's been doing it for 30 years.
Another nosey question for Tony: how are you doing for co-ordination? If I'd had spectators for my first shave with a straight, they'd have been in fits. I didn't have the benefit of a blunt one to practice with beforehand, mind. It's gratifying that the whole business becomes second nature surprisingly quickly, in fact it's not a great deal slower than using a DE now if you leave out the stropping and washing up.

I think my coordination is pretty good, it certainly wasn't poetry in motion from the outset but I was quietly confident because I'd done a fair amount of study and practice so I think I was well...shave ready.
I certainly had technical difficulties with some areas so I used a D.E to finish, can't see myself posting on utube any time soon though.
