I've heard good things about it. Is it that good? Would you buy again if you didn't have a shed load of soaps and creams?

It is a good one! To be honest I think it's one of the best 'off the shelf' soaps and creams ( not counting artisans, indie makers, and such that you don't get in run of the mill shops).

Probably wouldn't buy again since I do prefer artisanal offerings, but if there were only brick and mortar store bought items available, then I would go for another tub!

it is excellent imho.i bought a bunch when they filed bankrupt.thankfully they reopened and this is one of their best sellers.

Gosh, and I was worried about the tobacco - not a favourite smell of mine.

it's tobacco flower, not leaf and it smells lovely. might even be the best smelling of them.

I can't decide a favourite but it's probably either the tobacco or cherry. the sherbet lemon is great too. the olive was my least favourite of the bunch and I used it up first but even that was still fantastic. you can't go wrong with them really, especially for the price. at worst, they're inoffensive.

I received them today. They all smell like children's sweets to me. None of them smell bad, but they aren't strong. I take your point about Tobacco. It is not as I feared.

£12 from their shop, £18.90 from Amazon. Half the shops have closed, but remain open in my town. I'go on Saturday.
I'm a mug. For every one thing I finish I'll buy two.

Next probably will be my last Baxter post shave balm (I believe a fair few of you will remember how crazy we all went with purchases of it) and dg auryn aftershave splash, that also has only bunch of uses left

Definitely the same smell as Imperial leather Soap and I really enjoyed the scent, the GFT cream always performs above and beyond.

David Beckham, Intimate Cologne. Was a gift Christmas 2010. Smelt nice, but didn't last long at all. Wouldn't get it again, which is just as well, as they don't do this one now.

A rare thing today: me finishing a shaving soap.
It is, or was, Grandstaff Coconut. I don't recall exactly when I got it but 2015 or earlier according to an old shave of the day post of mine.
I've been using it daily for five or six weeks as I wanted to get the soap finished; not because it was bad or average but because it was good.
I need to use more of what I enjoy more often.

Still one of the Slickest soaps I have ever tried, top tier for my Kamisori YMMV.
