A straight is many levels above any throw away long blade known as Shavettes..completely different when compared..watch ebay as there are plenty of them..you could also pickup a mint western made straight razor on ebay as well for not that much...if you are just getting into straight razors Japanese and Western straights are very different indeed..try google and compare em!
