Are these two package made on different sites? Is there any performance difference?

I have convinced myself that blades from the black package perform better in my Oneblade Hybrid.

Better in smoothness and number of shaves - ie. more than one!!

Any ideas?

They are the same specification - the grey pack is the new packaging, from what I understand. Both dull compared to GEM
