I’ve always struggled to get a great shave from the AS-D2, and find it one of the most frustrating razors I’ve ever used, My big problem, I suspect, is that it’s almost impossible to get the angle ATG on the neck, and so it always feels like I’ve missed something after shaving with it.

I love mine
a fabulous Razor & don’t think i would ever want to get rid of it.
As for pulling the skin before it cuts i don’t think that happens
well not to me

+1 I love my AS-D2 and it never fails to give me a mild but perfect shave.
