We don't seem to have a thread to help ops with getting these lovely little razors up and running. After a bit of a search and read up i spent a little bit time this morning trying to sort an injector blade carrier, basically using one of Jim "Jayaruh" methods to see how it goes. My set up is not permanent so i should be able to mess around if this #1 effort does not work. I am looking to get some magnets and brass sheeting to make a usable carrier.
Any how, here goes.

I measured the original blade then removed the edge bevel on the #400 side of my Sealy diamond plate.

I then removed the bevel edge of an old blade taking the width down to 7.2mm and taking about 1.5mm off the length of a Personna Injector blade, this was then attached to the original blade using 3M twin stick tape. If it works this will be attached with epoxy resin.

You also need to rub off about 0.5 mm from each end reducing the length by 1mm so it slides into the head easily. A quick check back and front to ensure the blade fits straight,

The carrier is slid into the head until it click in.

Ready to go!
I will give it a run out tomorrow as a second razor and update the thread as i go.
All in all it a very easy rework using no tools at all to get these Vintage razors back in use.
