On EDC sites you'll often find brass knuckles. But that's illegal in the U.K.
In my state, I am licensed to carry a concealed firearm, but brass knuckles are illegal.
Better to shoot a guy than to give him a solid rap across the side of the head?
Or perhaps they would prefer punch ups to stay rather less lethal than shootouts? You know a degrees thing.
I have no problem with the UK knife laws placing little reliance on the common sense of my fellow man. Whilst the Law can indeed be ass, who fancies no Law at all? Apocryphal stories of law abiding citizens being busted for carrying a sharpened twig abound and are usually to be found in the Mail & co. I can cite no examples that concern anyone I know.
The smaller one's are quite handy and fit into the Cargo pocket of your trousers, not comfortabley but it means you can take a basic kit into a job whilst carrying a PC/Printer etc. What do you buy someone who has all the EDC things they need?
Something to put them in!

Keyring lamps to glow in the dark, small knifes on the keyrings, carabiniers to attach the small stuff, handywarmers to thaw the fingers to operate the carabiniers, spinners to keep the thawed out fingers quick and nimble ... what will the next small desireable edc items be ? Any suggestions ?

I can. There's a well known timber merchant operating throughout London and surrounding areas who have had to stop their drivers from keeping Stanley knives in the vehicles because the old bill have confiscated them whilst they've been unloading. They use the Stanleys to cut the banding which is used to tie the timber boards together. So not an apocryphal story after all. One of the drivers was actually arrested as he came out of a shop. He had the knife clipped on his pocket.Or perhaps they would prefer punch ups to stay rather less lethal than shootouts? You know a degrees thing.

Nothing against the belt but I was considering something like this for work. Would fit my lunch in as well!Fun question
4) With a growing number of EDC items that we 'have' to carry with us the traditional keychain - and wallet - will no longer be the best way to carry them - too bulky and heavy. Instead we'll see the emergence of 'urban utility belts' artisan crafted out of chromexcel leather and - much like a Batman belt - sporting different compartments for your spinner, tools, money - and keys.
@Darkbulb I know (think) you were after a fuel carrier? I know this won't be suitable for a handwarmer but thought you might be interested

Too right!Terrible tale of people working hard and paying taxes only to get penalised when going about their legitimate business.
Things is though when I was a lad people sorted things out with their fists. Weapons of any type were classed for cowards. These days many young people carry them, and you never ever know until something upsets their precious little hearts, or they have something they want but can't be bothered to work for.
