The Courier said speak to Seller, Seller said speak to PayPal. PayPal refused refund and said speak to Seller. eBay said I shouldn't have contacted PayPal.
They were at one point, but they are now completely different companies. Hence why eBay will be ditching PayPal as the preferred payment method in the future.

I called my local Police 101 number and asked if I can make a claim of theft, and described the scenario above. They are adamant it is not covered by theft. Small claims we come . I just need to email the Director of Customer Services and the Seller, with the evidence.
