Claymore SE V2

Very intresting indeed, I can't comment on how the brass General would deal with 2 or three days growth because I shave every day and when I made a comparison between the General and the V1 Claymore I found them to be just about the same as far as the shave and finnish was concerned on one days growth, so much so that I sold my V1 Claymore in favor to the better made General so my General is now my only wide head SE razor. As with all things YMMV

Yes the machine tooled version please.
The aluminium test razor shaved very well indeed, we have now given the go ahead to make a few stainless steel testers so we can gauge what if any effect the additional weight makes to the shave. We are ever so close but with the cost of tooling and having small numbers of razors made for testing we have to get it absolutely right.

+1 me too I prefer to wait awhile for further review before buying the new v2.0 Claymore and make sure is pointed to the right direction this time as I've read that v1.0 wasn't too good.

Despite being quite heavy, I find that the V1 provides me with good trouble free shaves. In fact i have
just completed a Shave with it, using a blade on its 13th outing and that was very good. Buying a head only V2 must be worth a try, if you want to try an S/S SE razor.

Brian inspected every one of the V1 before dispatch and most people who got them are very satisfied with it. To tell you the truth I'm looking to buy a used V1. Very few slipped through the net and unfortunately, one of then was bought by my good friend Steve Hardy who made a not so favourable review of it as that particular one had the smile. Other reviews are very favourable and recommend buying the V1.

To tell you the truth I'm looking to buy a used V1 as the great majority are excellent shavers. Very few that have the smile slipped through the net and unfortunately, one of then was bought by my good friend Steve Hardy who made a not so favourable review of it, as that particular one also had the smile. Other reviews are very favourable and recommend buying the V1.
