This is true but some people like to hang their razor and brush just to keep them tidy ......personally I don't but your YMMV.RazoRock Big Bruce is a synthetic brush. No need for a stand to hang it.
I'm new to shaving using a brush, and thought (wrongly) that a brush stand was needed. But I expect a stand is more important perhaps for a real hair brush?
Nope. You'd think that drying a brush upside down would help but owing to capillary action it doesn't make a difference which way up it is. I only use a stand for one brush and that's because its base isn't flat and it won't stand up.
Synthetics do dry much faster, but even natural brushes dry just as well standing.
Thanks very much, thats very helpful and has helped me save some money
You're welcome. I'm sure you'll find something else to spend the money on around here.
