Calling All Shave-Historians & Detectives (CASHAD(?))- Wha'?

Greetings. I received this brush as a 'bonus' from an ebay.co.uk seller.

I'm thinking that, as the brush says 'West Germany' though the box just says 'Germany' (and the box is such a perfect fit for the brush), that they would probably be from around the time of Germany's Re-Unification, and possibly there was some warehouse/line supplies overlapping stock when distributed. ... but, hey, maybe not.

Anyone able to ID make/model etc.?

If so, please, feel free to post here with your info and hunches etc.
