Buying a Boti handle

I am planning to buy horse hair knot from Boti, along with a handle to be used in - they do offer one horse hair brush, but I don't like that particular handle.
My question is: does anyone know / have experience with / how do they label their handles, e.g. for a 23mm knot, should I order a "24mm" handle or a "23mm" handle?
(I couldn't find a way to contact Boti on their website...)

Usually I make 2mm bigger hole that the size of the knot for 23mm knot hole should be 25mm. You can send a message to Boti over Instagram and clarify that.

My whole conversation with them about knots and orders go through Instagram, that's why I suggested that.

Just to close this off - Boti did reply to my second email, saying that for a 23mm knot I should get what they call a 24mm handle.

I have bought the 25mm white horse knot to insert to 26mm handle (both from Boti) with no problem.
