Brush of the day.

Hand-carved back in 2012 from a piece of ash the council removed to allow the Olympic procession through. Inspired by the many styles of Yankee-doodle barbershop brushes. On its second knot. Saw, axe, knife and absolutely no sandpaper.

What size knot is in the brush Graeme? Been thinking a little lately about what you've been saying recently about larger boar knots and whether larger boars would work better for me.

Thanks again
Mark

That’s a 26mm Cashmere. Honestly, if I was shaving everyday for office work as I once did, that particular knot creates too much lather. However, a boar of around those dimensions is essential for me.

I’m in a good mood today so if you send me your address, I’ll send you my 20102 to try. That’s a big ol’ piggy! (y)

That's super kind of you Graeme but I've literally just sent off my birthday list (which is only a couple of weeks away) to family and friends and the 20102 is on it! Mainly because of you so no pressure! ;) :)

I think it's a 28mm which was the heftiest I could find on Connaught. I've got another Zenith on there which is 26mm so fingers crossed for the Big Boar plan as it's now become known!

Cheers
M

Ps. Only just back from hols and literally unpacking but if you fancy a blast on the Bayonetta, I can bung that up for you to try out. Just gimme a chance to get settled back in.
