British Made Myatt

OK can anyone tell me anything about this? ideas on age, if any good anything?

As you can see its a British made Myatt, the handle looks and feels to me to be solid brass, and fits onto My Gillettes, the head had brass coloured plate but much of this has worn away.

Wondering if it would be worth cleaning up, giving a try (not used an open comb yet) if I like it getting the head replated or would it be worth selling it on (handle would be great if someone wants a heavy one - can weight it if anyone is interested)
