No way - they're either made in Manaus (Brazil) or Shanghai (China) - depending on how long ago it was and whether you have Thai or Vietnamese packaged...

perma sharps in a gold cardboard holder , you can aslo find astra's blue and green plus some of the lord brands if you are lucky
happy hunting and don't forget to haggle as the price goes up for tourists
