Children's Secretary Ed Balls has apologised after been fined £60 for using a mobile phone while driving.
Woops, as a member of the government that brought that law in perhaps we should expect him to be more focused on obeying it than most! Personally I don't like seeing people using mobiles and driving as frequently while doing so they aren't paying proper attention to the main job at hand. I wonder how often he got away with it thought before he was caught...... Damn unlucky if it was his 1st time! :lol: :lol: :lol:
