Have a look at York Coffee Emporium - they grade all their beans in terms of strength and roast.
Oh! btb - wash your grinder grounds bin in fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly,of course. Helps stop electrostatic build up and the grounds clinging to the sides. Tips out more cleanly.
