As a form of encouragement, the sun is out (UK) and some of you think you can cook apparently. I have a small stuffed pork belly joint cooking/smoking in the weber right now with pictures to follow good or bad.
Not up in Durham it's not , overcast and the temperature has dropped , no BBQ up here but everychance of the heating going back on tonight
(The weather was good this morning though)
I bought this Blooma kinley charcoal kettle BBQ a few days ago .Hopefully we will get to use it over the summer.
It's even got a built in bottle opener for the beers.
Bring on the sun !!!

Saw this thread after we had finished the t-bone and sirloin steaks so no pictures.
Strangely, I'm hoping it will be a lot cooler tomorrow (as promised) as I'm cold smoking 1kg of salmon, a slab of belly pork, some cheeses, garlic and salt. Don't want the temperature to get over 20 C and ambient can get up to that quite easily.
