As we are talking double edged blades, those should technically qualify...
Dog dresser blades in the ↪Durham Duplex razor. A nice and interesting razor with proper blades, but dog dresser blades are blunt and uncomfortable.
The 'pathology blades' are by far the best ones and they are ↪currently available.I agree, Ive had my fair share of Duplex Razors and they are let down by the blades. If they were better then the Razors would rock.
YMMV in action. The only blade I really haven't got on with it gillete yellows, Dont know why as lots of people think the world of them??
Evening Mick - have you heard from Sunbury recently? I still miss his Bay Rum.Treets
Bic
Sharks & pretty much any other brand from Egypt
Lasers
Gillette Super Thins
& Jewells (not just because Sunbury Steve had a shit-load)
They are doing, I think they are fab and have jumped to the top of my great blade list, I will be getting some more before they have gone for good.Hope they work as well for them as they do for me.
So strange that I hated them, especially as I love love love Sharks that some hate. They are doing, I think they are fab and have jumped to the top of my great blade list, I will be getting some more before they have gone for good.
One of life's mysteries, but I am happy, some people love feather DE blades, i hate them! We are all different! So strange that I hated them, especially as I love love love Sharks that some hate.

When I first got back into DE shaving it seemed everybody was raving on about these feather blades but on using them I just found them to be very sharp yes but rough as sand paper and therefore not very pleasant to use, fortunatly I have found blades that work for me, being both sharp enough and smooth enough as as for longevity, I use one blade twice and then change so not to much of an issue for me.People seem to associate some mystical lost art Samurai sword making skills with Feather blades. I have no special love for them. Although they are a good blade, the Japanese seem to fall short where blade coatings are involved IMO. Hence, the blades have the lifespan of a fart in a whirling dervish.
