Automatic watches

I am looking to get a new watch. I have an Omega Seamaster (automatic) and would be looking for something of comparable value (inherent value rather than, necessarily, price tag). The reason for this is that when my sons turn 18 (or 21) they will inherit one or other of these watches and I want to be sure that they are treated equally. Quality and look will matter more than brand name.

Any suggestions welcome.

PS. I'll need to get one for myself for when the boys receive their inheritance so I actually have two to buy...

If you want to treat them equally then buy another Seamaster.

Enjoy both but leave them in your will, they'll appreciate and cherish them more at a later age.

Here's my current favourite watch http://www.tudorwatch.com/watches/black-bay-bronze/m79250bm-0001-fb1
Have a look at it on the distressed leather strap it comes with also.

I have been trying to get one for the last 2 months but they are in great demand at the moment. The retail price is £2730.
There are a lot of private sellers that have got one and are now selling them at a premium, I'm hanging out for a call from authorised dealers I have subscribed to (you can't pre-order)

On to the watch... Tudor (Tudor /Rolex History https://www.interwatches.com/rolex-tudor-history) has put its new in-house automatic chronometer movement in the watch. A chronometer grade, in-house movement at this price...Win!
Case is made from a Bronze alloy that will age beautifully. 2 different straps supplied, a quality NATO and lovely distressed leather band and buckle.

The heritage design with Big Crown, Snowflake Hands, 3 6 9 Dial. I think it will become a future classic (kerrrching!)
