Haha, I always leave it for the correct time, did an America ipa, that was strong!Never tried Muntons.I can imagine it was pretty good though? Mine just came with the 'kit package' so it wasn't up to much.Saying that Jon,I cracked it open two weeks before it was ready lmfao lol

I just have the basic equipment so not much space is required.I recently got a heating tray so I can brew it anywhere.I used to make IPA and wine when we lived on the other house. We had more room then and a second downstairs bathroom which made a great place to ferment as it was a constant temp. Made some great stuff.
Now we've moved there is no space, all my gear is in the shed :-( . I thought of trying to make rice wine, it's a bit more basic requirements and I could have found space for a 3l bucket. Hard to find short grain sticky rice though, we've no "China Town" district here.
