Any UK based honing available?

Just wondering if there's a reputable UK-based honing service available for straight razors. Feel free to send me your comments regarding experiences (whether positive or negative).

Edit: To be fair and for the sake of good order, there are a couple of others, Andy ('Arrowhead') is one if I am not mistaken.

Correct and of course this does not mean that others don't.
Neil should preferably be your first contact, he gets highly praised on a consistent basis, from U.K. and also outside-the-U.K. members.

Yep, I'm the Andy in question. I hone on an informal and occasional basis, whereas Neil is undoubtedly the Man. He must be the most experienced honer in the UK by a country mile.
