Another ID please

This open xomb razor was in a PIF I relieved from Ben @hdb3326



I spent ten minutes polishing it with Brasso wadding, and it came up pretty well. I dare say It could look better, but for now it's shiny enough.

I'm guessing by the DRGM marking on the tin it's pretty old.
There are no other discernable marks on the razor or the tin, except these in the photo . .
