this is the reply from ATT:

At this time, we do not have an ETA on when we will be restocking the S1, though we absolutely plan to. We do have our S2 in stock, and, if you are interested in our Slants, keep your eyes open for an announcement coming in the next few weeks. We are about to roll out a new design that will appeal to those who love our Slant and Single Edge designs.
