I'm surprised that you think there's a lot of blade feel. I think there's there's not much at all. YMMV of course.Update: I used Panna Crema because that always gives me the best cushion and glide. The shave was exceptionally close. It will never replace the Pils, or Feather ASD2 as my go-to daily shavers, but it is a keeper. I had to use a post shave balm to calm my skin, but no cuts, weepers, or hot spots. I think EJ fudged their claim of 'minimal blade feel', as I was conscious of every stroke on a 2-pass WTG shave. If I hadn't gotten used to the minimalistic handle of the Pils I would have had trouble maintaining a grip, but the knurled handle came into its own. All-in-all, I give it an 8 out of 10.

Not a lot, just there.I'm surprised that you think there's a lot of blade feel. I think there's there's not much at all. YMMV of course.
This is a razor that you definitely want to adhere to the admonition of NO PRESSURE.Steve,
Thank you for sharing your experience with the 3one6 razor. I can't say that I notice blade feel but I do get some heat hitherto unknown to me, but no rash in any case. Maybe this is why I'm getting some nicks because there is more blade exposure than what I think there is. (Sorry to end with a preposition.)
Shavelounge has them in stock at the minute:Thanks everyone for sharing. It looks like I'm gonna give this one a pass. Does anyone have a GC 0.84 for sale ?
I've tried to capture the blade gap in these two photos. Hopefully they're of use.

I'll let you know in 1 hour. Getting the kids entertained and then it's my time with the 3one6!How does it shave? Worth buying one?
The GC84 is a great razor and I'm sure you'll get on with it. I've also really enjoyed my first shave with the 3one6.Thanks Boycie, I ordered one.
I've had a really good shave with it (details in SOTD). I'm glad I've purchased it. If you've got spare money kicking around to buy one, get one. Even if it's just for the looks and finish!! If you already have a Gamechanger and you're on a budget, I'd say you're not missing out on anything significantly different in terms of the shave - it would make a nice Christmas or birthday present in the future. How does it shave? Small print: my opinion is based entirely on one shave!

I think if I had used it like my DE89, I would probably have nicked myself. I actually kept your write-up in mind and just took a slow paced pressure free shave. I noticed how much growth the WTG pass took off and thought I could get away with an ATG pass and touch-ups.Glad your first 3one6 shave went well! Congratulations!
Now, for you and others, how do you shave with this razor and not get nicks? With my DE89 I have to try if I want nicked so I know I know how to shave. At least with the DE89, but I've shaved with my 3one6 5 mornings now I I have nicked myself every time.
This morning I got a bleeder and I didn't even feel the razor on my face. I've changed angles, pressures, etc but I cannot get a blood free shave with this razor. How do you do it? I really want to know because I really want to like and keep this razor.
Than you.
The only Cardinal rule of shaving: NO PRESSURE. Shave off the lather, the stubble will follow.Glad your first 3one6 shave went well! Congratulations!
