Welcome, we realise you've made a large investment but seriously consider starting off with a non adjustable as it'll shorten your learning curve. The problem with learning with an adjustable is that it introduces another variable and with little experience you'll probably believe it's the cause of your less than adequate shaves and end up adjusting it . You'd actually be better off continuing with your Mach 3 for a week or two just using traditional prep, lathering and finishing techniques and you should experience a huge improvement anyway. When you do eventually use the Rockewell set it on a medium setting and try and forget it irrespective of your initial results, I've never used that razor so others may better advise on an appropriate setting to keep it at.
