Great picture, Robert.
Called "Old Iron Sides" because of the thickness of her scantlings and their ability to withstand enemy fire.
The USS Constitution, whilst now being a museum, is also still a serving vessel of the US Navy and consequently has a USN crew and is carried on the Naval budget.
(Pardon my presumption Robert, but on a UK based forum one has to explain these things!)
HMS Victory in Portsmouth also enjoys the same status.
